Light attack:
Reduce light attack energy cost from 12.5% to 11.5% (reverted).
Power attack:
1a.Reduce time needed in the air to get tier 3 of terminal velocity.
Only increased height lift or other geometry allows you to make use of tier 3 which means you can almost never use it and you are just missing out on damage.
Tier 1 is already efficient enough to kill everything in 1 hit in pvp (including bubble titans) so it's a non issue there as nothing lives it anyways.
1b. Reduce aftershock damage generated by terminal velocity by 30% and convert it to the base slams damage in pve.
I don't know the exact numbers, but the base slams damage does like a third of the damage generated by terminal velocity which is absolutely ridiculous.
2. Increase power attack damage from 275 to 300 in pvp.
Giving it 25 more damage will allow it to extend its kill range very slightly while making it a little more consistent at killing supers...because lag is a pain for this super.
It doesn't allow it to kill anything more than it already does, it's just for consistency.
This explains what I'm talking about in 1a and 1b, this is from update 2.1.4.

Changed the way that bonus damage from this perk is granted
Added a third threshold tier based on how long you are in the air before impact
Arc damage hits per tier increased from 3 to 4
Tier 1 = 4 hits
Tier 2 = 8 hits
Tier 3 = 12 hits
Increased damage per Arc hit from 100 to 112[/spoiler]
Aftershocks:
Grenade kills restore 5% melee energy in pve (15% in pvp).
Goal:
Basically...I want it's full power to be more accessible but also less detrimental if it isn't active.
With terminal velocity, this super kills everything, without it it's so weak that most light attacks are stronger than it, which for the energy cost is not worth it.
I'm ok with making it require air time, but it shouldn't need to be like 2 whole seconds of slam animation air time just to do full damage.
The light attack "buff" is a nerf being reverted.
I don't know why they increased its cost, but it shouldn't have been increased.
The melee regen on grenade kill is for some light synergy.
It doesn't really need it...but it would help it in pve to keep it's high damage attacks going back and forth.
