Ok, is it me or are these Cipher Decoder still a grind to get?
So, I played about 2-3 hours of game play. (Survival, Gambit Prime, Means to an End, Menagarie, and a few Strikes). Only got 2 ciphers in that time period. Now I don't about y'all, but it feels like nothing was changed. I've noticed the Candy went up but not the Cipher Decoders. Bungie, please fix this. Not to forget to mention you want us to open 45 caches for one of triumphs in this event. Well if this continues how the drop rates are for the Ciphers, almost nobody is gonna get this done. Please just for love of God, make it a guaranteed drop after any activity. Doesn't make any sense to put rng on these ciphers, but then we also have to worry about rng for the weapons. Doesn't make any sense.

I was getting 2 every 750 nightfall. 2 every 820 nightfall. 2 every time we beat scourge boss.

Doesn't make any sense.[/quote] They do t drop from enemy kills or gambit. I found I was getting 2 every 2 to 3 strikes in the Playlist
