The title says it all. Now I understand that some weapons are pretty much for PVP. Vigilant Wing, Truth, MIDA just to name a few but I feel like Leviathan's Breath doesn't fit in PvP only. Now I do like it in PvP as it can one shot when you hit them in the toe and I had a good laugh when I knocked a Titan out of his bubble and watched him get fist of havoc the moment he was out. But when I started putting weapon stats together I noticed it's not hitting as hard as it's should. For my suggestion I would like it to receive about 15% or 13% bass damage buff.
