I have over 900 Resonate Stems, I completed all the nodes many many moons ago.
I have completed several sessions of combining and discarding the produced override frequency and waiting for the 10 second cool down to lapse.......
I had flashbacks of old school shader dismantling, "Shudders"
Thank god it's getting vaulted but for pity's sake Bungie please let us have a dismantle option on assets that are found to accumulate in future. QOL!

If you just want some inventory space cleared you might be able to stick it in your vault. That’s what I do with a lot of the semi useless stuff taking up a slot

It's not so much the space, it's more about asset management as some materials do build up over time and having a fast dismantle / discard option would make inventory management a lot easier. Bungie, unfortunately does not have a good track record in this department. Some quests also have no abandon option even though it may have been completed on another character which is really irritating.
