Hi. Thanks for your report. I see that you're having issues with your Prime rewards.
Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account?
If you go into your Bungie account Settings and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your Partner Rewards section?

Hi, Thanks for your response. Yes, I've done all those. The accounts are linked and the rewards are shown as claimed in the Bungie partner awards section. I've tried logging out of the game, clearing the cache etc. I've even tried logging into D2 on my Xbox and still no luck. The rewards just haven't appeared...

It sounds like something occurred between your connection between Prime Gaming. This could have occurred for several reasons, such as someone else claiming the content, not having Amazon Prime, connecting to the wrong Bungie.net account, not connecting Destiny 2 to your Bungie.net account before claiming the rewards, or something else occurring. Unfortunately, Prime Gaming rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to re-link your accounts together then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

Hi, As I mentioned, they ARE in my partner rewards - they just aren't showing in game. This clearly is an issue with Bungie's end...

Bungie.....you missed the point. Point is your customer service sucks and your commitment to FAIR game playing is trash. You could give two shits about the casual player, the one who escapes to destiny 2 after a long day of working or the disabled person just trying to get through the day. These people don’t cheat, hack or do other acts that violate the ToS (altering the game). All you want is the player’s money. You don’t care and it shows.

Thanks for your feedback.

Sure anytime....you guys really need to do something about these cheaters in PVP activities. People with modded controllers are the worst next to those that DDoS you just to win. If we could have a chat, I could explain on how to make things better but that will never happen.
