People do report cheaters and nothing is done. I just went two IB matches against someone who was a blatant cheater and I reported him three times even though I have zero faith in something being done about it. I think players are beginning to feel devalued and that’s why cheating remains unaddressed.

Bungie just did a mass ban. Keep believing they don't do anything

It's also mostly because the game is free to play so even if they get caught they'll just make a new account and start again sadly. I hope they find a solution towards this someday.
