It's too bad they didn't release this lore earlier. If they had released it around, I don't know let's say Forsaken, there would have been plenty of time for you people to complete it by now.

As a player who just started this season I would like to have a chance to earn all the available titles. Chronicler is a cool title, and I can't get it because of an old timegate.

You do have a chance to earn all available titles. Chronicler just is not one of them. It is no longer available. That's what happens when you start a live game way late. Things are unavailable.
