Companion app issues
Recently I have been having trouble just getting a fireteam to work. People can join my fireteams just fine but I cannot seem to invite or be invited through the app, I get an error saying that I need to be in orbit while I am currently in orbit. I changed my name recently on PS4 if that matters much at all.

You can also do an uninstall of the Companion App. From what I am seeing, it looks like this doesn’t relate to your PS4 privacy settings if you still receive invites or have received invites before you changed your name.
