Can't enter the game anymore

Over the last week, Aug 1-8, 2020, I have received some updates to Win 10 and the update to Destiny 2. Since then when I start the game it tries to sign in, but says, "Destiny 2 servers are not available, press Esc to try again." This will happen indefinitely. I have had Stream remove it's recent temp files I have downloaded the game and reinstalled it Neither has helped. So I need some tips on what to try next. It is nice to have a distraction in these times, thanks for any help. Patrick

 • Hey there! The "servers are not available" message indicates that there is a connection issue of some kind happening between you and Destiny 2. This may be an internet service provider issue. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
1. A wired connection is recommended to play Destiny, and if your connection is being used for other things when playing the game, such as streaming, it's recommended to quit those programs. If issues persist, try our Advanced Steps Networking Guide for possible router solutions, such as enabling UPnP. You may also want to enable IPV6 on your router if you have it. 8. Contact your internet service provider to see if there are any issues with your connection.
