Cayde’s will mission error
Can not start mission ace in the hole, there is no mission in taitan. What I need purchased? Or season pass? I am with forsaken not shadowkeep and season pass. Thx

After that, finish the Forsaken campaign and visit him again. Here is a guide to help you with this.
