I’ve played D2 from release, pre ordered the game with the first 2 expansions, then pre ordered forsaken when that was dropping. I’ve played through the forsaken campaign. A few months back I uninstalled d2 in order to free up some space on my xbox but just last week installed the game again with the 3 expansions that I had purchased previously. Upon doing so and doing some weekly grinding I went to run scourge of the past and was hit with a banner saying that I need to purchase forsaken to access this content, however, if I go to my installed games and add ons on my Xbox it showed that I have forsaken and the annual pass that I also payed for. Can someone please let me know what can be done about this.
