No pinnacle drop for means to an end?
Completed the quest but didn't get a pinnacle drop. Have got them every week until now. Have they been discontinued?

Just happened to me as well. Woke up early before work just to get it done too!!! Probably will not be getting a refund either....

Ok, this is the second time for no pinnacle gear from the means to an ends. Now before you freak out. Let me say I did my first character this week with my son and he got Pinnacle gear and I did not. So I figured I would try on another character different class (first time was a warlock this time was a titan). Did means to an end the quest disappeared and the re-caster was still green no reward. I read the article bungie put out, but I think something is still wrong. My first character received nothing. I again tell you it was this week

1 ReplySame happened to me. I finished all the steps but alas no pinnacle drop😢 I’m not even mad at bungie, I know they are not in the office because of COVID and there are a million things us players complain about. I’m Just knocking on the door of 1060 and I really want my pinnacle drop☹️.

Same here, I made sure to pick up the bounty AFTER rest, finished contact public event, completed umbrals on Crucible control, finished interference. Upon loading the tower I see the prismatic recaster NPC icon a solid green as if I've already picked up the engram.... So no pinnacle drop for that. I've had a topic earlier this week mentioning this exact issue, but after bungie responded by blaming me for glitching out the game the topic got a "responded by bungie" icon and it since then has been ignored

Last week I could not even get the Quest. This week was more annoying because I wasted time doing the whole thing only to get nothing at the end.

Indeed, Prismatic Recaster issue on means to a end not issuing pinnacle after completing mission, its a lost pinnacle this week ''sad, and most likely would have been a dup for a high slot already received anyway as it seems that's the way pinnacles are dropping lately. -
Yep. Same here. Pretty lame. Moreover the first time I ran the Menagerie to get the Umbral traces... I got none. 2nd run they started dropping.
