Sunshot catalyst
I've been playing D2 since the near end of season 8. I got sunshot around the beginning of season 9. I love it and have used it for so many hours. But have not received the catalyst. I even spent about 2 weeks doing nothing but strikes and a few days doing pvp.(I've seen posts and people saying that it's a key to getting the catalyst.) Is there a bug? What can I do to get this checked or what can I do to raise my chances of getting the catalyst?

Anecdotally, I noticed that I stopped receiving catalysts as well when I had a large number of catalysts that were incomplete. As I started to finish more, new catalysts began to drop. Not sure if that applies to you or not.
