Hello, I have purchased the upgrade edition for destiny 2 through steam which includes both forsaken and shadowkeep dlc. After I got the confirmation none of the content was on my account and steam does not show the dlc in my library. I contacted asking for a refund and they said they cannot refund me until bungie comfirms that the content was not added to my account but this forum is the only way of contact. Are there any mods here who could look into my account to confirm that the content is not on my account and state that because that is the only way I can get a refund per them.
