this is sooo true, since covid has me out of work and stopped me from buying a house, I've been able to play every day and this is the only time I've actually felt like I was making any sort of progress. I think after this season I'm going back to d1. At least the endgame content was actually entertaining.

The amount of time this game demands for minimal reward is anything but casual though, and thats a huge problem. You can HAVE Overachiever rewards, but you NEED to have rewarding experiences for everyone else or its not worth their time or money

Why would Bungie or anyone else listen to a player who logs on once a season and gets upset the games not catered to them. Also there is plenty of middle ground between streamers and casuals.
