Game Performence

Recently I returned to play Destiny 2 because of the new season. Since then I don't know if it's just me but all of a sudden my game started to perform awfully. I simply cannot seem to fix it my PC specs are above the recommended requirements for the game. I have attached an image of my just sitting in the tower lowering all of the game settings to the lowest possible and still getting 51 fps for no real reason. I seriously don't know why this is happening to me it only happens for me on Destiny so if anyone could help it would be very kind and helpful from you thank you for reading this.

Looks to me like you've got the rendering res set as low as it can go. Check settings. The HUD is still full res as that isn't effected. Oh, I see you've done that on purpose. Hmm.. When it's running like this is cpu or gpu usage at 100%? Ram usage?
