Did you pick up at least 5 of the items to spawn platforms?

Amazingly. You don't. I got the chest to Spawn without a single pickup. Just popped a quens foil at the end and it was there.

Did someone else pick them up? You need to pick them up for plates to spawn.

If they did I sure as hell didn't notice. Got to the end. Killed the boss. Found the chest. Got truth.

Pretty sure they had to have picked them up.
