Game hung at load in screen (before character selection)
After installing 7.51 the game was lagging, audio would drop out, and the game would crash. After initializing and reinstalling 7.51 via safe mode menu, the game will not load past the Shadowkeep splash screen. I have tested the HDD which is fine, no corrupt files to my knowledge. I have deleted and reinstalled the complete 100GB game 3 times now. Any ideas would help.

Love their responses, it is always our network, our equipment, etc....sadly, our stuff seems to usually work fine on all other games...

I've had this same issue. I play on xbox one. I've factory reset. Cleared the cache, power cycled, reinstalled the game 4 times in the past 4 days.
