Bank Job is impossible
I've done like 4 matches and haven't got a single kill with this grenade launcher, this quest is impossible, people aren't stupid enough to let you hit them with it.

Keep at it. Try to put it on zones that the enemy is trying to take. Scavenger perks give you many more shots per brick. If you want more PvP tips, let me know.

Get enemy to 1hp then fire in their general direction... it isn't hard.

You don't need to get kills with Witherhoard, and getting to Rank 22 on the Season Pass triples your progress on the quest.
