Is there any way other than this forum to contact support going forward? If not, why wasn't any notification sent to people with open tickets?
You know what would have been helpful if they notified people that they previously emailed that they no longer have email support and to use this forum and not waste 4 months getting auto-response emails that my email was received and my ticket was updated to reflect the new notes.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
