Maybe if pulse monitor sent out a pulse that leached a little bit of ammo from surrounding enemies magazines and inserted the ammo into you and your allies weapons, I'd use it.

Speaking of exotic perks, it'd be cool if we had exotic mods we could apply to our gear that has watered down exotic weapon/armor perks. You could only apply one to a fully masterworked piece of gear, and it costs all 10 points. It does a cool thing, but doesn't break the game.

An “exotic mod” would be an interesting idea. Right now I’m drawing a blank on what they would be, but 10/10 gonna brainstorm with my friend.lol They’d have to be really minor effects though..as not to replace exotics and just have 5 of them.

Exactly. Also, limiting it to like, a single armor piece/weapon would probably make it more balanced. Like, imagine a perk that caused enemy radar to disable on a headshot, with a cooldown? Or headshot kills chain disorienting lightning to enemies in a 1-3 meter radius? Or using a class ability near allies clears debuffs? How about a mod that allows you to consume your grenade energy and disburse that consumed energy among your allies?
