I have a question. Is there a way to see if my account has a flag on it or something in regards to the "Refurbished Black Armory" shader? I've had the entire "Blacksmith" title finished for nearly a year and the only thing that I have left is this blue-level shader. I've got 326 forge ignition clears and it honestly is just discouraging to have ground out a title as grind heavy as blacksmith and then have the title locked behind RNG. It's absurd. I just want to know if there's a way that drop rate can be looked at or even identified. I've also saved up 10 of the weapons that drop with the shader on them and dismantled them all at one time to try to make the "1/10", or whatever chance it, is tested out. It still didn't work.
