Year four will probably rival year one for how bad the game was. Weapon nerfs, perk nerfs, good mods going away, sunsetting, new perks that probably aren’t as good as older perks.
Balance made year 1 the worst era ever. Quit striving for balance in weapons, perks etc.... balance creates mediocrity and a horrible game. Learn from the past Bungie before you finally destroy this game with your ineptness.

That’s not what they are doing. They can only give you so much power before they break the game. So they can’t give you power elsewhere if all the power in the game is piled up in a few dominant perks. Nerfing weapon damage perks last years reclaimed power that they were able to give back to us in a Champion and armor mods. They are taking power back from reload perks now so that they can move it somewhere else. Probably to the new perks they plan on introducing next season. Remember Bungie is making these changes based on their knowing what’s coming. Emehile you are judging them based on how the game is right now.

This is all meant to keep you on the hamster wheel.

If he is a casual to call him out when you yourself are a casual.....come on now it's funny to see casuals fight but atleast prove his facts wrong. You've spent countless hours doing what strikes, quickplay, explore? I have more clears in one raid than the entirety of your raids. Inefficient time spent in game lol. But it's ok everyone plays their own pace just dont call someone else a casual when you got no grounds to back it up. I could see if you had hundreds of raid clears low mans flawless raids. Or were rocking the flawless and unbroken title....

I do have a few hundred raid clears over 600 between D1 and D2. Is that a lot? No but they’re there. And IMO D2 raids are sh!t compared to VoG, KF and WotM. Try doing a little research before you open your pie whole.

You dont have those I have 700+ raid clears in destiny 2 alone.... 100 isnt piss in a bucket... and i stated i cant check how many cps you have in d1 because they dont cps.... you are a casual playtime doesnt make you hardcore lowmans flawless master or challenger speed, for a pver make you a hardcore player. Pvp unbroken with legit stats or flawless with legit stats makes you hardcore.

If they nerf reload perks (a second time mind you) then allow you to boost them back up with mods that could have been used for something else....that's an all around nerf, it's not giving power somewhere else. It's an end around, a net loss. Where does the new power come from? A reworked gun perks that is still not desirable?

It’s just another way for Bungie to further restrict armor choices. Reduce weapon inherent perks in order to force people to rely more on mods which in turn means harder or more limited slot choices. I do not have a single piece of armor 2.0 masterworked with my highest having 9 slots filled. Now I have to work around trying to add a reload mod too just to get back to CURRENT speeds? The two things that matter most in this game is how much DPS a player can generate and how fast they can repeat it. This encompasses abilities and weapons. Reload speeds can make a mediocre weapon viable sometimes or potentially tank a decent one. Most of the new content Bungie created includes some kind of horde mode. That’s the reason Recluse shines is because Bungie created that gun to excel at what it does. Same with most pinnacle weapons. They do something different or better than the rest which creates incentive to chase them. This also applies to god roll weapons. Reload affects game play for every single weapon except swords. This is the reason so many players desire it and not because it is a crutch but because rather it is a necessity in some content.

In some ways, it was. Suits do stifle creativity, and ATVI is/was a very big suit. But, in all truthiness, ATVI gave Bungie large swathes of freedom to do as they please with half a billion dollars. Dont believe me, just look at the original contract and the number of milestones Bungie missed before the game ever made it to market! Resulting in the contract being rewritten more often than Oprah saying: “look under your chair”. It’s always been my belief that ATVI was amazingly tolerant of Bungie. They should have taken possession of the IP instead of allowing Bungie to buy their way out. It’s one of the main reasons ATVI is facing multiple class action lawsuits right now, and governmental inquiries also. Bungie’s leadership isn’t as poor as Activision Publishing’s was.
