Error When Purchasing Silver, Ended Up Purchasing 4 Times

Yesterday I was trying to buy $10 worth of Silver to buy the Season Pass, but kept getting "An Error Occurred" message. I tried a few times over the course of the day with the same error each time before eventually giving up. Today I hop online to find 4,400 Silver in my account, and 4 charges for $10 on my bank. I know Bungie says they don't refund Silver, and I can understand why, but there has to be an exception for errors like this. If anyone has any suggestions of what I can do, please let me know. $40 is way more money than I want to be spending right now in a video game.

  • You can try to work with Sony/Steam support to get a refund. Keep in mind, IF they refund you and pulling the silver back from your account will take a few days and if you spend any of it you will break your account.
