Are you checking your Silver balance on the same platform you bought the Silver with? For instance, if you buy Silver on XBox, you won't see it under Cross Save if you're logging into your XBox characters on your Steam account.

  • hi, how did you solve it? I bought the silver yesterday and still haven't received the currency in the game. I made the purchase through by everversum and the payment with Steam.
