Edit: FIXED: I have my ISP modem/router Bridged to a separate router. This way the ISP modem/router is restricted to modem-only. I created a static IP address for the router and placed inside a DMZ created on the modem. Seems to working (for now) Been playing D2 fine until last night. I cannot get past the character select screen because of the CHICKEN error. I have: Deleted my Steam download cache Rebooted modem, router and pc Turned off anti-virus and firewall Deleted D2 and reinstalled Same result using a VPN Verified decent download/upload speeds Nothing else seems affected but D2 is now bricked. Help? Please? Any ideas on how this happened and how to fix?
