Unfortunately, there is no way to track which Ascendant Challenge you have completed. Note that it could've been something as simple as not opening the chest at the end.

Well according to some thing I just read. It's not going through the portal with the relic sword at the end of this weeks. -blam!-ing stupid

Going through the portal with the sword is a requirement for the time trial. It would then make sense that it also doesn't count as a completion otherwise. However, as far as I know, portal+sword is only for the time trial.

If you are referring to exiting the portal with the sword, then that is as intended and not a bug.

Where does is 'say' that? This game does a terrible job sometimes guiding players with what to do. No it her AC requires something like this.

They are secret challenges, so it's not stated anywhere. It's the nature of the game. Any tutorial and video (there are plenty), will show how this, and other challenges can be achieved. The reason why this one is different from other ACs, is that you use the sword to fly across a huge chasm in order to be fast enough to complete the time trial. Then naturally, open the chest and jump out the portal, with sword in hand.

Think of it this way: if that challenge was last week, you would have to wait another 5 weeks for it to reappear. You still have rest of the week to do it.
