Read yesterday's TWaB.
As soon as you realise someone is cheating leave the game and team straight away and report them.
Staying longer in matches puts you at risk.

I am talking about people who are really sneaky that you won't catch. Obvisouly if i know they are a cheater than i will leave. I am worried about the people who are good at hiding the fact that they are cheating.

I don't know how much you can play around in trials, where pretty much every shot counts.
-
Can you please clarify, dont dont understand you statement.

Trials is a game mode where you can't fool around, it's a high-risk/high-reward activity with little to no room for a speculative play style. You really have to know your way around and have nerve of steel to toggle cheats on and off on the fly, but even then it is rather obvious that a guy who can't hit the broad side of a barn one minute and the next minute lands only headshots looks very shady.

The problem is that some people are already good with snipers and then aimbot to get that last little bit. So it looks like they could actually make the snipes they make. Also, when someone is on your team, it is hard to pay attention to their snips when you are trying to concentrate on the game.

Edited by Crisidelm: 4/24/2020 7:39:27 AMThat's the worst case scenario, I wonder if it is common or rare; anyway, I guess Bungie marks guilty by association only those players who profit from obviously clear cheaters. The very sneaky ones, I'm not sure Bungie can find 'em out consistently at this point

I deffinatly agree that his is the worst case scenario that may not happen that much, but the fact that it can happen means that i dont feel "safe" LFGing. I cant be sure if i will get to keep my account un-banned. Also, from my experiance there are a lot of people who toggle. (not all are great, but some are)
