I've tried it with the charged melee but that doesn't help either and I've waited at least a second so it would really refresh with each kill but to no avail, and I've killed almost every enemy in Aphelion's Rest with melee while constantly having the Devour buff. Do you all remember the Feast Mode triumph which only says that you must defeat x amount of enemies with Devour but only enemies killed with a charged melee count as kill? I've a feeling that someone screwed up like that as you would have to wait for your melee to recharge, the only problem is that that way you cannot really have a streak.
