Why is Jötunn allowed in Crucible?
It's a rocket launcher masquerading as a fusion rifle. I played three Survival matches in a row where my team gets decimated because at least two people are using Jötunn on the enemy team, and every time they respawn, they get a free rocket or two whereas the rest of us have to wait for the heavy ammo to spawn in.
Who in their right mind thought this was balanced at all?

I used to hate it. I got it, and my god it’s really not great. It doesn’t work 50% of the time with its tracking.

Edited by BIRB: 4/5/2020 2:08:33 AMIt’s significantly slower than rockets, requires a charge up which is very loud, it creates a very bright ball of light as it charges and obviously don’t have the same blast radius. I don’t really see it as a problem. They’re pretty easy to dodge, you just have to stay aware. [spoiler]i will admit though, hearing one go off and not knowing where it’s from is a real ass clenching experience. [/spoiler]

Edited by Cosmic Owl: 4/5/2020 1:48:27 AMIt’s a pos crutch weapon, don’t get me wrong. And it’s frustrating as hell. It means you’ve got to learn to be ready for it around every corner. But you can win against it just get ready to jump or dodge away at any moments notice. Fight them at close or long range either making it difficult for them to aim or giving yourself enough time to avoid it. It’s the worst but you can fight against it. But I agree, that and mountain top steam crutch.
