Well, most of the game is broken, but especially PVP. There is little to say except that Bungie completely doesn't know what they are doing or they purposefully are led by a poor designer who doesn't know what he is doing. The picture more than anything shows how well Bungie works. This isn't a singular game. Every single game today was a loss and more than one, like this one, was mercied. Even "random" matchmaking wouldn't be this bad...but Bungie's matchmaking based on stats seems to be even more broken than ever before. Another issue...Bungie doing as little as possible really shows when you look at the meta they created and then give you quest (steps) that include everything else but the meta. In other words, they do NOTHING but create a headache (what they like to call a "challenge"). A third issue...take out the stupid controller aim assist. It is -blam!- (meant only for unskilled -blam!-) and completely unnecessary in today's world. Why is it still there? Because 25 years ago, the precursor game was made as a console exclusive and Bungie can't be bothered to spend time or effort to now make it right. FYI...more people have a keyboard/mouse than they have console controllers. There are plenty more examples of how Bungie is doing AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE...which brings me to the last point...this game is dead and Bungie is squeezing as much money out of loyal players as they can before they dump everyone and laugh their way to the bank (which they are probably already doing). You can see a prime example when you realize where Bungie is actually putting in most of their effort...Eververse.
Don't know what you are talking about as pvp as most things in Destiny has not changed since 2017 when Bungie moved all support to D2. Ps. Meta is just a excuse used by players trying to say "you must use this". Use what works for you not for the next guy.
