Does the dungeon drop it?

From what I've gathered, the sparrow only comes from the weekly mission. So if you're still not getting it after three tries a week, it's just bad RNG screwing you over.

The ship is from the dungeon, does it have a chance of dropping the sparrow to? I did not know that
