Hard light deserves a nerf though, mainly with the richochet damage. It’s too rewarding for how safe it makes you. Snipers are annoying, but looking down a scope means I can get an easy drop. Hard light has no downsides to it, long range? Easy, that sniper is done. Shotgunners? Easy, need to keep pressure? Easy. The perks hard light are broken when combined together. They should drop crit value by 3, body by 4, or 2 for crit shots. Ricochet shoudlnt buff any damage to players, they should change it to do double damage to pve enemies. [b]Yes they can separate it like this, they’ve been separating perks. Look at assassins cowl, the perk has two effects depending on the enemy. If they couldn’t then wish ender would one shot in crucible but for some reason the weapon recognizes who isn’t a taken enemy[/b] Other than that the weapon wouldn’t be so broken, it’d be in a nice spot and still be the big boy for auto rifles.
