Allo there,
The last part of the quest is to do a legendary lost sector which was introduced with the new content. You will need to wait for the quarry lost sector to be active and can find it the the left of Rasputin in the earth bunker.

Is there a way to check which lost sector is in rotation?

When you clear the bunker each day, it activates the daily Sector. You can walk up to the terminal in the bunker that launches the Sector, and it will tell you which one is active.
