Given that auto-reload is gone, does it even matter?
You're limited by how fast you can reload, not how fast you can fire.

What I mean is that you can't stand in a rift or behind a rally barricade and spam it so how much does a minor RPM change really matter?

As a fighting lion main it matters a great deal. It’s literally a gauge of how fast you. Can kill people... how can that not matter
