I purchased the Nano Redux ornament yesterday with 1950 bright dust. It showed up in my inventory and I unlocked it. Then it went nowhere. It doesn’t show up as an ornament I can equip, it’s not showing anywhere in my collections and is not in my inventory anymore. I restarted the game yesterday and it still wasn’t anywhere. Now have waited 24 hours and it is still nowhere to be found. But it shows “Already purchased on account” on the store. Any suggestions on how to get this to show up or how to to get my bright dust refunded so I can try to purchase again?
