Watercress day 6 still can’t play what i PAID for

This is another attempt to have someone actually do their job at Bungie: i cannot log on past my character selection i get a black screen. I can log into my friends and families account using the same Xbox, same hardwired internet connection just fine. This makes no sense unless my account needs to be rebooted. I work in IT so i don’t know why you can’t review my account to see if it’s credentials are corrupted because i have seen this happen in my world. PLEASE SOMEONE AT BUNGIE DO YOUR JOB AND RESTORE MY ACCESS.. ifs been 4 days straight now.
