It would appear that way. I’m having the same problems. I can’t even get past the load screen after character selection. I want to play Destiny but I guess this is forcing me to play other games right now. It’s up to Bungie to address it at this point. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Yeah I hear you I mean I don't know what else to do so I guess we're just going to have to sit and wait until somebody decides to give us some information I know it's not my Xbox I used two different Xboxes same problem redid the router I uninstalled Destiny and then reinstalled it still same problem so don't waste your time doing that I'm hard-wired my internet is working great everything else works fine except for Destiny
