Drop rate of refurbished (forge) weapons
ok we need just a flat increase to the job rate of the "refurbished" weapons dropped by forge completions. or at least a way to increase the drop rate of certain weapons such as using a sidearm will GREATLY increase the chance for the side arm to drop, ETC,
