My dream vacation would also be Iceland. I’ve never been but images of it and the gorgeous language, for lack of a better term, haunt me, call to me, I guess you could say.
I want to go for 6 months. See the landscape, geology, sites, culture, Sigur Ros, Emiliana Torrini, and some other Icelandic musicians live in their home country, while I’m there I want to take time to finish writing a few things that I’ve been working on in between traveling and exploring.
At my work I can take a 1 year sabbatical, I’m trying to learn Icelandic and save up money so I can make this happen.

Oh wow, you’re really dedicated to going. But yeah, the images look to beautiful, ive never seen any other place that looks that amazing. And learning the language is probably a smart idea. That would be very useful to do going into the trip.
