Your clan page says "Steam: inactive characters" due to your Steam characters being a part of the clan but having your PlayStation account set as Active. And because your PlayStation characters themselves don't belong to the clan, that's why you're not seeing any clan affiliation on your side. You just need to join the clan with your Active Account.

Edited by mv: 3/4/2020 3:09:58 PMI booted up my PS4 to check to see if I was in the clan on there; I wasn't, but there was no invite, either. Would promoting someone else to founder, leaving, and rejoining the clan fix this issue?

Did you manually send an invite to yourself? I recreated this situation with a test account, and I was able to simply join the clan with my Active Account even though an inactive account created it.

I created the clan, so I was automatically in it. Could I just promote someone else to founder, leave the clan, and rejoin?

Promoting someone and leaving shouldn't be required. You created the clan with your Steam characters — your other linked accounts aren't automatically added to the clan, even if they were linked at the time of the clan's creation. If you log into the Companion App with your PSN credentials and go to your clan page, you should have the option to join the clan with your PSN account.

Inviting my PSN worked! Thank you so much.

Ah, I see. I'm low on time at the moment, but I will try this ASAP. Thank you very much for the help; very much appreciated.
