Let's also have one for coka-cola and the oil companies like BP and Shell , their hard work and dedication and countless man hours to make sure we have the fuel for our vehicles to get to our destination and soda to drink so we don't dehydrate.

It provides entertainment for you. You [b][i]can[/i][/b] thank gas companies for providing gas if that's what you need for your vehicles. Perhaps in the future it'll be electricity and solar power 100%. You can still [b][i]thank[/i][/b] them... you can also hold them accountable for how they handle their business at the same time. People hate police but it doesn't mean they shouldn't be thanked either.

your post was spot on except for redcross. They have been very misleading in terms of how much actually goes out to the public compared to overhead. They also mismanage several resources, basically wasting money in the process.
