While this hasn't happened to me in some time, I fully understand the frustration you're experiencing. I remember a few times early in Destiny 1 where I was kicked from Nightfalls or Raids towards the final checkpoints. It absolutely sucks to be kicked when you're about to reach the reward screen. I hope you're able to find a few friendlier fireteams in the replies to this thread. I also hope whoever pulled this fast one learns to be a kinder human in the future.
To sum up a few notes in the OP and replies:
• Players continue to request In-game LFG for endgame activities
• Players do not believe fireteam leaders should be able to remove members near the end of an activity if an LFG feature were to be implemented
• Players would like to see idle-kick features, whether they be voting or other
• Players would like to see a "rate this leader" feature for Find Fireteam, so they can report issues like this or rate their experience with a leader
As always, I want it to be understood that this isn't a promise. The team is balancing various other items in development, but I'll see if LFG/Social style features could be given a higher priority on the backlog.

But a reverse kind, like Fireteam leader not have the option to boot a person when the boss is dead and the rewards are about to pop out ? Incredible idea i know......

How about just put matchmaking on?? You cant boot ppl from matchmaking.....

should run it like Lyft or Uber, rate the fire team leader, then reward said leader for five stars, an emblem, double the loot, or simply not allow anyone to boot anyone till you return to orbit as a team, though they can leave of their fruition at anytime.

Definitely feel you shouldn't be able to boot team members mid combat and definitely not once the final boss is down... before starting an encounter fine; the option should still exist - in which case is it possible to boot to own instance, rather than orbit... players can then re-lfg without losing progress!

Add a vote to kick option in game to where it requires 4 or more people to kick mid activity matchmade to avoid trolls so you can add more matchmade end game activities for all to experience.

ATLEAST somebody finally acknowledged that this problem exists within the game's community, you know what I mean?

Thanks for this reply. This is the type of interaction we would love to see more of and more often from the CMs. Don't be afraid to engage and have discussions with the community. Believe or not, there are people that frequent these boards that want to and are willing to have some constructive dialog with Bungie.

To go along with some of your proposed feedback, I'd like to see a return of the positive reports for players as well. I remember in D1 we could report players for being helpful etc. I'd love to see a system of general player feedback so we could recognize those in our community who go above and beyond, and not just warn of the bad apples.

How about an in game emblem that tracks successful Sherpa runs for anything or specific ones for nfs/strikes, raids. Maybe it tracks the number of full fireteam clears w/ the embelm evolving to a more impressive look after a certain number of successful clears? Maybe after so many successful runs it also unlocks exclusive shaders *cough* glow who *cough* ppl love chasing things. Maybe this would provide them with some incentive to be decent

Id say make it a really cool emblem that people would like to put on. Cant really be something bland to show you ate trustworthy

Thank you for that reply. An in-game LFG system, social improvements, and maybe incentives for sherpas could go a long way in bringing everyone together for raids.
