I physically cannot eat tomatoes, if I do I experience excruciating pain.

Peppers, tomato based items and tomatoes, citrus fruits, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, apples, pickles, spicy food, kiwi, dragon fruit, honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes, onions, any type of hard candy, mint, sour foods, blackberries, cranberries, star fruit, and you know my fingers hurt right now so I'll end it there for now. Yeah, the list goes on much further, and it keeps getting progressively worse. My tong looks like pink and white cheetah print and swells to 3x it's normal size if I eat anything on the list.
