Hi there,
Thanks for your report. Have you previously completed the introductory mission to the Black Armory? Could you provide a screenshot of what you're currently seeing in Ada-1's vendor screen as well? Imgur or Twitter links work best.

Ada-1 will not offer me the introductory quest ( Machine Gun Frame ). I completed the Forsaken campaign but Spider did not offer me the Black Forge Badge either. I can talk to Ada-1 and pick up the Exotic weapon quests but the bounties and weapon frames are locked. Hi again, you will need to progress further in your New Light introductory quests until you are prompted to speak to Ada-1 in order to unlock the Black Armory bounties.
