Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but the Devil’s Ruin on console has delayed shots due to the hold-trigger system. I am able to press the trigger twice before the first shot is actually shot. Anyone else having this same problem? I’m not sure if this happens on PC too but its definitely present on console.
If you spam it, it's fine, it's when you try to fire two or three times, the gun seems to think that your trying to charge it up. That's what I'm thinking anyway.
