Kamino arc, anything Domino Squad really, and the Brain Chip Arc. Anything with the ARC troopers in general.
I also like the fight with General Grievous in Star Wars: Clone Wars (‘03) where he enters in by crushing Sha’a Gi. That and every bit with Fordo and the ARC Troopers.
I like the ARCs...
Oh, I also liked that small bit that showed the Clone Commandos from Republic Commandos.
I’m pretty sure there was another arc with a separate Clone Commando, who ended up being that third clone in Rebels...

While things on YouTube. Bout three hours for the whole series. I like the continuity put into it. Especially how they set up Grievous’s cough.
