To further expand on what dcbaseball stated, you've only opened 27 unique nodes.

This triumph has always been opening all 40 unique nodes and not just 40 in total since its release.
It is perhaps the one legacy triumph that has frustrated more people than any other triumph given how much and heavy RNG plays into getting the correct over-ride frequency for a specific node.
Since you still have a good number to find, use the checklist from the link above to figure out which ones you still need and follow this tip to make combining the over-ride frequency a little less frustrating
If you need one in Mindlab - combine at Futurescape. If that doesn't work, then try Olympus Descent.
If you need one in Futurescape - combine at Alton Dynamo. If that doesn't work, then try Olympus Descent.
If you need one in Dynamo - combine at Mindlab. If that doesn't work, then try Olympus Descent.
If you need one in Descent - combine at Mindlab. If that doesn't work, then try Alton Dynamo.
If you need one in Drift - combine at Futurescape. If that doesn't work, then try Alton Dynamo.

Welcome. I can't stress enough that even with the tip on where to combine the stems, you are still going to get a fair number of repeats, especially as you get closer to collecting all the nodes. I was stuck on the last 4 for months and by the time I got the last one (damn Dynamo. Approach.Tree) I probably burned through close to 2K in stems to get those last 4. If you start feeling frustrated, take a break from farming and come back after a break. Good luck
