Good evening, your majesty. I have acquired the time to read this and it is awesome! I live the story and the battles and the spells I used. Haste is such a good spell. This was cool. Great job!
[spoiler]Also this opens more unique pathways dealing with creatures from the far realms and such. Thinks I will have to look out for and keep my spells at the ready.

Awesome! Time for more 1,003 character sentences all about one combat maneuver!

Edited by ImaDrizzit: 12/27/2019 4:32:19 AMHey I do not write 1,000 character long combat maneuvers! Here’s a excerpt from one of my stories that I haven’t finished writing and never posted, “The small platform he stood on is about thirty feet in length, with small stone pillars standing to make it look like a broken down gladiator arena. Half the length in front of him stood yet another devil, this one had a human look, but with pale skin and a long beard that came down from its face that was completely made of venomous snakes. The devil wore shining plate armor made of mithril, that gleamed in the light of the magma. At its side was a long barbed whip, that split off into multiple heads. “Well I guess there truly isn’t any rest for the wicked... wait a minute that’s my armor! Did your leader just take my stuff and split it with you infernal monsters?” The knight said aloud, as he raised his dagger. He then shifted to the right, to prepare to roll under the whip if it should crack. The devil took note of this and cracked the whip as soon as it could, attempting to hit the knight before he could get away from it. But Watson didn’t go right like he made it look like he would, he stepped left and brought the dagger down so that when the whip hit, it wrapped harmlessly around the blade and his wrist. The devil tried to pull back on the whip but it was stuck on the knights wrist, so by the time it was able to get its weapon free Watson was already there, charging with the dagger in hand. The devil side stepped, bringing the whip over its head and letting Watson pass, then cracking it towards him, the barbs painfully embedding themselves in his back. He cried out and pivoted to face the devil, slashing the dagger down close to his own back to cut the whip from the barbs, leaving the devil with a useless and broken weapon. It charged him anyways, hoping that if it got close enough that the half-whip could reach its target. Watson stepped forward, turning his foot sideways and kicked the devils shin, which was all he needed to send the creature towards the ground. But Watson grabbed it before it fell, before it even had time to think about having time to recover and get away, and it one swift movement he brought the dagger up and slashed under the creatures head, cutting the horrendous beard of snakes from its face and thus ending its live, as it fell to the ground.” See that maneuver is not 1,000 characters long. It’s 2,208!

Ok then. Longer maneuvers. Whatever. Works either way. Have fun posting that story by the way.

Edited by ImaDrizzit: 12/27/2019 4:31:46 AMIf I ever finish it, or find a reason to use it on offtopic, virus sort of backed out on the RP event that led up to this. But it will be very annoying to post, especially since it’s some 35,000 characters of fighting.

Edited by Warlock Holmes: 12/27/2019 4:32:28 AMThat was my point. So many characters. Such a small limit provided here.
-
Edited by ImaDrizzit: 12/27/2019 4:34:27 AMI think the limit is 10,000 or something like that, so that means I can attack 4 times per post! Plus when you are just stabbing a sword there’s not too many good stopping and starting points.
-
Its 8500! This part was originally about 20000 characters long but I cut out the nightmare sequences because, while I enjoyed writing them, they ultimately added nothing to the plot.
-
Nightmare sequence? Interesting.

I'll post them as a "cut content" thing later
