never received the remaining parts of the bundle i purchased
i just bought the Dragonfly Regalia hunter bundle, i was missing the gloves and helm and it's nowhere to be found, I've checked mail, bank, just in the ornaments and I cannot find any trace of them, I have also logged out and back in. please help as this actually cost me silver!

1 ReplyHello. When you purchase something from Eververse for Silver, it comes as a package in your consumables. You have the chance to refund it, or if you want to confirm your purchase, you can open it. After you open it, your ornaments will be available.
